The Atomic Redster S8 Revoshock C uses the World Cup-proven Revoshock technology to absorb ski chatter and create a stable, vibration-free ride that allows skiers to attack turns with absolute confidence.
A TI Powered titanal layer and Power Woodcore work to enhance shock absorption and torsional flex patterns further. Dura Cap Sidewall construction keeps the edge hold locked in from the initiation of the turn to the exit, to keep skiers boosting corners and ripping through the slalom courses all winter long. Sidewall from base to top sheet for great edge grip, with a rounded shape for increased durability. Eliminates vibration to provide more stability and handles quick edge-to-edge. A dynamic ash and poplar core that adds a ton of stability and dampens vibrations at speed. A Titanal layer for shock absorption, high stability and torsional flex.

With Active Camber, more of the ski’s edge length stays in contact with the snow. This creates better grip on icy slopes and makes the ski super stable.
Precisely tuned edges are an important part of ski performance. A dull edge cannot penetrate the snow surface and will skid through a turn. An edge that is too sharp will grab and catch the snow surface creating unstable performance. The Atomic skis are prepared with a side edge angle of 87.0° for more intuitive handling, easier skiing and better grip on hard snow and ice.
All skis from the Atomic factory are delivered with steel edges that have been carefully machined with a precise base edge bevel for specific performance characteristics. Base edge angles between 0.8° and 1.6° lightly lift the ski edges off the snow for easy turning while maintaining edge grip and tracking throughout the turn.
