One secret to this ski is the V-shape sidecut, with a narrow tail and wider tip that catapults you forward. Its Race Carbon Monocoque construction makes the ski even lighter and stronger, with more direct power transfer for a faster glide. The ski also comes with a bonded plate and binding system, giving more direct and efficient transmission. Technical data
The heart of the racing skis is inspired by space technology: the ultra-light Nomex core consists of small, honeycomb-shaped elements. This honeycomb structure is highly elastic and reacts particularly lively - for maximum rebound, which can provide the decisive seconds.
For the Race Carbon Monocoque construction, the Nomex core is placed between two layers of fiberglass and completely surrounded by a layer of carbon. This multi-layer laminate ensures more direct power transmission and makes the ski light and strong.
