Whether chasing fresh powder, exploring steep couloirs in the Dolomites, or clocking up on-piste training laps, the Sella Ski 3L Powertex Jacket combines full weather protection for harsh conditions with the breathability for uphill skinning and fast downhill action.

Its lightweight, athletic fit is based on ergonomic patterning for good freedom of movement and features the proprietary waterproof, breathable Powertex outer fabric to offer high technical functionality and versatility with maximum durability. The version Salewa uses here, gives you an outstanding water column of 20,000 millimetres, particularly where you need it most – at the hood and shoulders, and sleeves, plus 20k breathability (MVTR: 20,000 g/m2/24h) for high moisture transfer capability. In addition, it has fully sealed seams and is treated with a PFC-free DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish. This jacket is a Salewa Committed style, manufactured according to additional eco and sustainability standards for a lower impact.

Winter sports-specific details include a zip-gusseted storm visor hood that fits neatly over a helmet. The proprietary direct-access pocket with double-slider zip enables quick access to the avalanche device. Moreover, it features water-resistant YKK zips, deep underarm ventilation and a detachable snow skirt. The large additional chest pocket provides ample and secure storage possibilities. The sleeves are finished with Velcro-adjust cuffs that cinch down snugly over your gloves.
