SQlab 621 Ergolux® active 2.1 Saddle

ERGOLUX® stands for maximum comfort.

The proven city and comfort saddle is getting an all-round update: from an improved, lighter saddle shell, an enlarged adjustment range to completely newly developed technology for the Comfort active system, which can now be regulated via a switch function. Integrated threads for connecting pockets are also new. The new 621 ERGOLUX® active 2.1 offers even more comfort with consistent relief and a narrower saddle nose for more legroom.

The shape of the wave-shaped elevation of the ERGOLUX® saddles, which extends from the rear to the front, fits perfectly with the usually bulbous ischial branches. The enlarged, less punctual contact surface ensures the best possible pressure distribution.

The first stage provides rear support and ensures improved power transfer to the pedal. The second stage optimally accommodates the ischial branches and distributes the pressure evenly. The perineum and the front area of the pubic bones and the pubic arch have more space thanks to the even deeper saddle nose.

With the proven SQlab active system, the saddle follows the pedaling movement, comfort increases, the intervertebral discs are relieved and the pressure on the sit bones is reduced. The active movement can be regulated in two stages using the new switch function.
