The Mach1 LV 130 TD GW delivers maximum performance on the slopes.
The low volume model for narrow feet has a 98 mm wide last. The inner boot mirrors the anatomy of the foot, while the shell reflects the shape of the inner boot. The C.A.S. technology also offers maximum customization options for an optimum fit, allowing the shell and liner to be individually adapted to the foot thanks to thermoformable material. A 130 flex ensures the greatest possible fun on the slopes. To transfer power precisely, Tecnica has developed T-Drive technology, a lever that connects the shaft and shell and improves energy transfer. The GripWalk sole provides optimum grip on the trails. The high-performance model was developed according to the principles of eco design: PVC-free, recycled and recyclable materials are used in both the inner shoe and the shell.
The C.A.S. - Custom Adaptive Shape -Shell has an anatomical shape that matches the shape of the foot. This allows for a better out-of-the box initial fit. The dimples on the shell offer less surface tension and facilitate heating, making customizing the shell easier. The shell retains the new shape better and longer.

C.A.S. - Custom Adaptive Shape -has revolutionized ski boots with regards to fit and personalization. The liners are anatomically shaped for optimal comfort and offer great heel hold. The internal part of the liner is shaped to match the foot while the exterior matches and conforms to the shape of the shell. The dual density micro-cell material is durable and easy to customize. The C.A.S. liners are less prone to pack-out maintaining the fit over a longer period of time.

• FIT KIT (DECREASE VOLUME) Glue the C.A.S. Fit Kit pre-shaped pieces to decrease the volume of the liner.
The ability to obtain regenerated material with homogeneous and known mechanical characteristics will allow a wider use of them in the production on new ski-boots.

PLASTIC WASTE IS A PROBLEM
The “Recycle Your Boots” project was born out of the awareness that people around the world produce huge amounts of waste. Plastic waste, in which we are literally in danger of sinking, is particularly problematic. When old ski boots have had their day, they often end up in landfill or are recycled for energy in incineration plants. Anyone can hand in their old pair of ski boots to us, regardless of the brand. Tecnica will then fully recycle the old pair in a transparent and sustainable process.

With its “Recycle Your Boots” project, Tecnica is kick-starting the circular economy for the ski boot industry. Tecnica's collection and recycling initiative has been awarded by the LIFE program - the EU's financial instrument for the environment and climate action - and the project is already being implemented in eight European countries this winter season.
Tecnica's anatomically shaped liners and shells are the key to an optimal fit right from the first fitting. The better the liner and shell match the natural shape of the foot, the better the support and performance.

DRIVE PRECISION
The T-Drive dynamic carbon connector creates a longer lever arm compared to traditional ski boots. This allows:
- Quicker edge to edge transitions.
- Increased lateral power and stability.
- Edge drive precision.
PERFORMANCE EFFICIENCY
The T-Drive Technology creates a stronger and more effective connection between the cuff and the shell, that supports the boot flex and avoids plastic deformation. This means reduced energy dissipation and a more efficient power transmission.
ENHANCED COMFORT
Comfort comes from many places in the new Mach1 MV. The T-Drive technology provides a progressive flex regardless of temperatures, keeping the shape unchanged and a more consistent fit. The T-Drive support also allows the use of softer plastics, without compromising performances but making the boots easier to get on and off.
Celliant liner is powered by 13 thermoreactive minerals that convert body heat into infrared energy. Infrared penetrates deep into the tissue to increase circulation, oxygen and blood flow. This in improved warmth, performance, thermal regulation and faster recovery. Lambswool offers additional insulation.
Utilizes softer plastic over the instep area that allows the shell to open easier as you are entering or exiting the boot.
Innovative Lift Lock system holds the buckles up and out of the way so they don't catch while getting in or out of your boots.
