The MACH1 MV 115 W TD GW high-performance piste boot features the most innovative fit in a ski boot for women.

The completely newly developed inner boot reflects the anatomy of the female foot and stands for an even better fit. Individual 360° adjustment to the foot is possible in the inner shell, the outer shell and the tongue using C.A.S. technology, should the anatomically pre-shaped boot not fit straight away. With a 115 flex and a 100 mm last, nothing stands in the way of energetic turns. The integrated T-Drive carbon plate makes power transfer to the edges and quick edging a breeze. The inner boot is equipped with wool and Celliant fibers, which keeps body heat inside the boot and keeps your feet warm even in icy temperatures. The model is equipped with a GripWalk sole for better grip and optimum comfort when walking. Thanks to the eco design, the shoe is recyclable and is also made from recycled components.

The C.A.S. - Custom Adaptive Shape -Shell has an anatomical shape that matches the shape of the foot. This allows for a better out-of-the box initial fit. The dimples on the shell offer less surface tension and facilitate heating, making customizing the shell easier. The shell retains the new shape better and longer.

C.A.S. Liner:

C.A.S. - Custom Adaptive Shape -has revolutionized ski boots with regards to fit and personalization. The liners are anatomically shaped for optimal comfort and offer great heel hold. The internal part of the liner is shaped to match the foot while the exterior matches and conforms to the shape of the shell. The dual density micro-cell material is durable and easy to customize. The C.A.S. liners are less prone to pack-out maintaining the fit over a longer period of time.

• GRINDING (INCREASE VOLUME) Microcell material is easily grindable up to 2 mm in problem fit areas.

• FIT KIT (DECREASE VOLUME) Glue the C.A.S. Fit Kit pre-shaped pieces to decrease the volume of the liner.

The T-Drive dynamic carbon connector creates a longer lever arm compared to traditional ski boots. This allows:

The T-Drive Technology creates a stronger and more effective connection between the cuff and the shell, that supports the boot flex and avoids plastic deformation. This means reduced energy dissipation and a more efficient power transmission.

ENHANCED COMFORT

Comfort comes from many places in the new Mach1 MV. The T-Drive technology provides a progressive flex regardless of temperatures, keeping the shape unchanged and a more consistent fit. The T-Drive support also allows the use of softer plastics, without compromising performances but making the boots easier to get on and off.

PLASTIC WASTE IS A PROBLEM

The “Recycle Your Boots” project was born out of the awareness that people around the world produce huge amounts of waste. Plastic waste, in which we are literally in danger of sinking, is particularly problematic. When old ski boots have had their day, they often end up in landfill or are recycled for energy in incineration plants. Anyone can hand in their old pair of ski boots to us, regardless of the brand. Tecnica will then fully recycle the old pair in a transparent and sustainable process.

With its “Recycle Your Boots” project, Tecnica is kick-starting the circular economy for the ski boot industry. Tecnica's collection and recycling initiative has been awarded by the LIFE program - the EU's financial instrument for the environment and climate action - and the project is already being implemented in eight European countries this winter season.
