The parka features a waterproof Ceplex Active membrane and warm PrimaLoft® Black Insulation Eco. Hand-warmer pockets with wool lining ensure warm hands on cold winter days. The linear design makes the Skomer Wool Parka an uncomplicated companion for winter outings. This product is made with eco-friendly, water repellent Eco Finish and is manufactured without the use of fluorocarbons (PFC). The Vaude Green Shape label stands for environmentally-friendly, functional products made from sustainable materials.

PFCs are part of a group of chemical compounds which are used to waterproof the outer layer of many outdoor products. They have come under criticism for being non-biodegradable, bioaccumulative and toxic, and suspected of being harmful to health. VAUDE has made a clear commitment to completely renouncing PFCs.

Water repellent finish Eco Finish
This product features our water repellent Eco Finish. Applied to the surface of your VAUDE product, it causes rainwater to simply bead up on the surface – without the use of environmentally-harmful fluorocarbons (PFC). Eco Finish protects you from the rain and helps keep nature clean.
Renewable Materials
VAUDE uses renewable vegetable- or animal-based resources in the manufacture of this product. This saves on fossil raw materials.
